The Body as an Instrument of Salvation [CD]

The focus of this workshop speaks to Jesus' teaching that he and the Holy Spirit need our voice, our eyes, our feet, our hands as their instrument through which they save the world. While the body is inherently neutral, in the service of the mind's choice for the Holy Spirit as its teacher, the body becomes the means for teaching and learning forgiveness. The ego also sees the body as an instrument of salvation-its salvation. The ego's insane use of special relationships and the myriad of other defenses it employs, all work to reinforce its belief system of guilt and attack. An essential part of this class is the focus on the importance of recognizing the significant difference between mind and body, especially what the Course means by mind and what it means by body.
