Shipping Information

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays

Within the U.S.

Most orders are shipped within five business days of receipt. At checkout, you will be given a choice of available shipping methods. The shipping methods range anywhere from economical Media Mail (can take up to 10-12 days for delivery) through the U.S. Postal Service to various shipping options through UPS. Once your order is shipped, delivery can take from one to twelve days, depending on the method and level of shipping you selected and your distance from the Foundation. Choosing a faster delivery method does not result in your package leaving our building any sooner than if you had chosen the slowest delivery method. You will receive an e-mail indicating the shipping method and tracking number once your order has been packed.

International

International orders can be shipped either by U.S. Airmail or by UPS Worldwide. Shipments can take as few as three or four days, and as long as two weeks, depending on the method of shipment you select and the distance and remoteness of your location. You will receive an e-mail indicating the shipping method and tracking number once your order has been packed.

Note Customers ordering from outside the U.S. should be aware that there may be charges exacted by your own country’s Customs Department in processing your shipment once it enters your country. These charges may include import duty and value-added taxes (VAT). We have no control over these charges and have no way of knowing whether charges will be added or, if they are, how much they will be. You may wish to inquire within your own country as to what kind of additional charges to anticipate based on the type of product (e.g., books, CDs, DVDs) and the value of what you are ordering, prior to placing your order, if this is of concern to you.
