The Language of Kindness [MP3]

The title for this workshop comes from a statement of Mark Twain's, "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see." The theme of kindness goes to the heart of the whole message of the Course. This program looks at the source and meaning of kindness and unkindness, and the Course's means for undoing unkindness—forgiveness—changing our mind's teacher so that in our interactions we reflect the loving Source of kindness. We are reminded that, just as Jesus is the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, we are asked to be his manifestation, delivering his message of kindness in a world of unkindness and attack. This is done, not by our words, nor our deeds—but by our example.
