The focus of this workshop is on the strength that lies in the power of the mind to choose. Our challenge is to recognize our choice to misuse the mind. Here we are being taught to use the “giant’s strength” appropriately: To no longer choose to use the mind as an instrument of tyranny and of pain and suffering, but to choose to use it as the means of awakening from the dream entirely.
