"The Little Things of God" [MP3]

This class, based on poems by Helen Schucman along with readings from the Course, combines the uncompromising metaphysical teachings of A Course in Miracles with specific guidelines and practices for moving from the road well traveled, the world of bodies, separate interests, and separation, to the road less traveled, that of being a mind. The gap between the two appears so vast that it would seem almost impossible to shift our identification from the body to the mind. What promotes this shift is a willingness to see every situation—the "little" things as well as the "big" things in our lives—as an opportunity to recognize and then withdraw the projections of our own "secret sins and hidden hates" that we put on ourselves and others. Then are we able to make the right-minded choice to let go of our fear and allow Jesus' resplendent love to be the center of our lives.
